These terms and conditions apply to every offer made by Puso&Pearl by Sunshine Nexus and to every distance contract formed between Puso&Pearl by Sunshine Nexus and you as a customer.

Article 2 - Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to every offer made by Puso&Pearl by Sunshine Nexus and to every distance contract formed between Puso&Pearl by Sunshine Nexus and you. Before the distance contract is concluded, the text of these terms and conditions is made available to you.
Article 3 - The offer and the contract
The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products offered. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind Puso&Pearl by Sunshine Nexus. A contract is formed at the moment you place an order and Puso&Pearl by Sunshine Nexus confirms it, for example by email.
Article 4 - Prices and payment
Listed prices are in euros, include VAT and exclude any shipping costs, unless stated otherwise. Payment is made through the payment methods offered during checkout. Puso&Pearl by Sunshine Nexus takes care to process payment details securely.
Article 5 - Delivery and performance
Puso&Pearl by Sunshine Nexus will process and ship orders with due care and as quickly as possible. Stated delivery times are indicative. Once the order has been delivered, risk in the products passes to you.
Article 6 - Right of withdrawal
When purchasing products, you have the right to cancel the contract without giving reasons within 14 days. This period starts on the day after you (or someone on your behalf) receive the product.
During this period you must handle the product and its packaging with care. You may unpack or use the product only to the extent necessary to assess its nature, characteristics and function, in the same way you would be allowed to in a physical shop.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at sunshinejunker666@outlook.com and return the product as soon as possible, and in any case within 14 days of notifying us.
Article 7 - Costs in case of withdrawal
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the cost of returning the product is at your own expense, unless stated otherwise. Puso&Pearl by Sunshine Nexus will then refund the full purchase price, including the standard shipping costs of the original order, as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receiving the returned product or proof of return shipment.
Article 8 - Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products which are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene once their seal has been broken after delivery. This applies to certain cosmetic and personal-care products. We recommend not breaking the seal until you are certain you wish to keep the product.
Article 9 - Conformity and warranty
Puso&Pearl by Sunshine Nexus warrants that the products comply with the contract, the specifications stated in the offer, and the statutory provisions in force on the date the contract was formed. If you receive a product that does not meet your expectations, please contact us at sunshinejunker666@outlook.com.
Article 10 - Complaints procedure
Complaints about the performance of the contract can be reported at sunshinejunker666@outlook.com. Puso&Pearl by Sunshine Nexus aims to respond to complaints within 14 days. If we cannot resolve the matter together, you can submit a dispute via the European ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Article 11 - Governing law
Dutch law exclusively applies to agreements between Puso&Pearl by Sunshine Nexus and you.
Article 12 - Changes
Puso&Pearl by Sunshine Nexus may amend these terms and conditions from time to time. The most current version is always available on this page.
